منظومة السّجون الإسرائيلية تواصل إجرامها بحقّ معتقلي غزة
إفادات مروّعة نقلها معتقلون من غزة في سجن (النقب) ومعسكر (عوفر)
رام الله - تواصل منظومة السّجون الإسرائيلية ممارسة المزيد من الإجرام والتوحش بحقّ معتقلي غزة، واستناداً لزيارات جرت لمجموعة من المعتقلين مؤخراً كشفوا عن استمرار الاعتداءات الجنسية بحقّهم، إلى جانب عمليات الضرّب المبرح، وتشديد مستوى الرقابة عليهم من خلال الكاميرات، وإذلالهم وقهرهم بكافة الوسائل والسبل. 
 فلم تترك منظومة السّجون بحسب إفادات المعتقلين، أي أداة في سبيل سلبهم إنسانيتهم، ومحاولة كسرهم نفسياً، ومع مرور 19 شهراً على الإبادة، فإن الأوضاع وظروف الاعتقال ما تزال كما هي وبنفس المستوى، بل إنها تتفاقم، حيث يشكل عامل الزمن عاملا حاسماً على مصير المعتقلين، مع استمرار هذا التوحش بنفس المستوى. 
وكان من ضمن ما عكسته الإفادات، استمرار عمليات الاغتصاب والاعتداءات الجنسية، حيث تتعمد إدارة معسكر (عوفر) تثبيت أطراف المعتقل ويقوم السّجان بإدخال عصاة مراراً وتكراراً في فتحة الشرج لدرجة شعور المعتقل بالاختناق بحسب وصف أحد المعتقلين، وكلما زاد ألم المعتقل وصراخه تعمد السّجان بتحريك العصاة أكثر، ويتعمدون اغتصاب المعتقل أمام معتقلين آخرين، بهدف كسره أمام رفاقه، وبث المزيد من الإرهاب بحقّهم، كما وتتعمد من خلال الكاميرات المثبتة في الأقسام وعلى الغرف، تحويل الكاميرا التي تشكل أبرز أدوات الرقابة والسيطرة داخل المعسكرات، إلى أداة للتنكيل بهم، فأي معتقل يظهر في الكاميرا أنه تظاهر بابتسامة أو أي سلوك آخر يعتبره السجان تحد، ثم تقوم وحدات القمع إما بالاعتداء على المعتقل بالضرّب المبرّح حتّى يصل إلى درجة الإغماء، أو فرض عقوبات جماعية على المعتقلين من خلال التفتيش الهمجي، والإذلال إلى أقصى درجاته، هذا عدا عن عمليات الاعتداء بالضرّب المبرّح التي تتم في السّاحات، وخلال ما يسمى بإجراء الفحص الأمني (العدد)، حيث يجبروا على النوم على بطونهم، والاعتداء عليهم بالضرب. 
وفي سجن النقب وتحديدا في قسم الخيام، فإن الأوضاع لا تقل مأساوية وصعوبة، حيث تتعمد إدارة السّجن على ابتزاز المعتقلين وإذلالهم من خلال حاجتهم لاستخدام الحمّام، ويتم إجبارهم على استخدام دلو لقضاء الحاجة، هذا عدا عن أن الأواني التي يُزود بها المعتقلون، تبقى معهم لمدد طويلة ولا يتم استبدالها، فتصبح رائحتها كريهة للغاية، ومع ذلك يستخدمونها. إلى جانب كل هذا فإن مرض (الجرب – السكايبوس)، منتشر بشكل واسع بين صفوف المعتقلين لقلة عوامل النظافة، ولضعف مناعة المعتقلين، ومع ذلك فإن البطانيات والفرشات أصبحت أدوات أساسية لنقل المرض، لكون أن بعض المعتقلين لا يملكون فرشات للنوم، قد اضطروا لقطع أجزاء من فرشات معتقلين آخرين للنوم عليها، ومنذ شهر تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2024 حتى اليوم فإن إدارة السّجن لم تسمح للمعتقلين باستبدال ملابسهم، كل ذلك ساهم في استمرار انتشار مرض (الجرب – السكايبوس) ، ومقابل كل ذلك فإن إدارة السّجن ترفض تزويدهم بأي نوع من العلاج. 
كما لا تتوقف إدارة السجن عن عمليات الضرب والتنكيل فالعديد من المعتقلين لديهم إصابات جرّاء ذلك، حتى خلال إخراجهم إلى الزيارة فقد أكّدوا أنهم تعرضوا للضرب، والتنكيل من خلال شد القيود على أيديهم، واستنادا لإفادة المحامين الذين قاموا بزيارة المعتقلين، فإن جميعهم يعانون من نقص حاد وواضح في الوزن نتيجة لجريمة التجويع المستمرة بحقّهم. 
في هذا السياق تؤكّد هيئة الأسرى ونادي الأسير، أن الاحتلال ماض في إبادته وجرائمه على مرأى ومسمع من العالم، دون أي تغيير حقيقي يساهم في وقف الإبادة، والعدوان الشامل على شعبنا، وأحد أشكاله الجرائم المستمرة بحقّ الأسرى، بل إن مرور المزيد من الوقت على استمرار الإبادة، يعني أنّ حالة العجز التي تعاني منها المنظمات الحقوقية قد تجاوز هذا التعبير، وأصبح التساؤل عن جدوى وجود منظومة حقوقية واجب علينا، مع اتساع مفهوم حالة الاستثناء التي يتمتع بها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على الصعيد الدوليّ. 
يذكر أنّ عدد معتقلي غزة الذين اعترفت بهم منظومة السجون حتى بداية نيسان/ أبريل 2025،  (1747) معتقلاً، وهذا المعطى لا يتضمن المعتقلين المحتجزين في المعسكرات التابعة لجيش الاحتلال.

Rape With Sticks: Testimonies of Palestinian Detainees Reveal Escalating Abuses

Ramallah, Palestine - Recent lawyers’ visits to Palestinian political detainees held in Israel’s Ofer and Naqab prisons reveal a continued high level of torture and abuse by prison authorities against detainees - particularly those from Gaza - the Commission of Detainees' Affairs & the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society said today. 

Nineteen months have passed since the genocide and the conditions and circumstances for thousands of Palestinian prisoners, are only getting worse, with more detainees being killed every other day. 

Among the main things referred to by detainees during their lawyers’ visits was the continuation of rape and sexual assault. The Ofer prison camp administration deliberately immobilizes detainees, and the guard repeatedly inserts a stick into their anus, to the point where the detainee suffocates, according to one testimony. The more the detainee's screams increased, the more the guards would push the stick in deeper. They also deliberately rape detainees in front of their fellow inmates, further compounding the crime, with the aim of breaking their spirits and terrorizing them. 

In terms of surveillance, Israeli prison guards have weaponized the cameras installed in sections and prison cells as tool of abuse against the detainees. Any detainee seen on camera smiling or conducting any normal behavior, the prison guards take this as a challenge. They deploy special prison repression units to assault the detainees and severely physically assault them, with many cases of fainting, in a form or collective punishment through brutal searches and extreme humiliation. This is in addition to the severe beatings that take place in the courtyards and during the so-called “count” which takes three times a day, when detainees are forced to sleep on their stomachs and are subjected to physical assault. Many detainees have sustained injuries due to this. 

In the Naqab Prison, specifically in the tent sections, conditions are no less tragic and difficult. The prison administration deliberately blackmails and humiliates detainees by forcing them to use buckets to relieve themselves. 

In addition to all of this, scabies skin disease is widespread among detainees due to the ban on hygienic products and inadequate amounts of food leading to a generally weak immune system among the detainees. Because some detainees lack mattresses, they have been forced to cut up parts of other detainees' mattresses to sleep on. Since November 2024, the prison administrations have not allowed detainees to change their clothes. All of this has contributed to the continued spread of scabies. The prison administration has refused to properly treat the disease, allowing it to spread further. 

In this context, the Commission of Detainees' Affairs & the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society affirm that the occupation continues its genocide and crimes in full view of the world, without any real change. One of the forms of this genocide has been the torture and abuse inside Israeli prisons. The more time passes, the more Palestinian detainees will be killed. Questioning the effectiveness of the so-called human rights system is now our duty, given the expanding state of exception enjoyed by the Israeli occupation at the international level.

It is worth noting that the number of Palestinian detainees abducted from Gaza and disclosed by the prison system as of the beginning of April 2025 was 1,747 people, all of whom are held without trial or charge. This figure does not include detainees held in military camps run by the occupation army.
