⭕ الزغاري: إعلان الاحتلال بإدخال أسلحة جديدة لاستهداف الأسرى العزّل دلالة جديدة على قراره بقتل المزيد من الأسرى

أكد رئيس نادي الأسير الفلسطيني، عبد الله الزغاري، أنّ إعلان إدارة سجون الاحتلال مؤخراً عن  إدخال أنواع جديدة من الأسلحة لقمع الأسرى الفلسطينيين، يشكّل دلالة واضحة على توجّه ممنهج نحو تصعيد أدوات القمع والعنف ضد المعتقلين العزّل. واعتبر الزغاري أنّ هذا القرار يندرج ضمن السياسات المعلنة وغير المعلنة للاحتلال، والتي تستهدف حياة الأسرى وتعرّضهم لخطر القتل المباشر أو البطيء، بما يشكّل انتهاكًا صارخًا لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني والمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

وأوضح الزغاري أنّ الإفادات والشهادات التي يقوم نادي الأسير برصدها وتوثيقها، تشير إلى إدخال أسلحة جديدة إلى السجون، من بينها الصواعق الكهربائية، واستخدام أنواع جديدة من الرصاص المطاطي خلال عمليات القمع. وبيّن أنّ هذه الممارسات تُمثّل امتدادًا لسياسة الاحتلال القائمة على استخدام أجساد الأسرى كـ«حقول تجارب» لأسلحته. 

وشدّد الزغاري على أنّ هذا التصعيد يعكس نمطًا متكرّرًا من الجرائم الممنهجة التي تمارسها إدارة السجون كجزء من سياسة أوسع تستهدف تدمير البنية الإنسانية للأسرى، مؤكدًا أنّ ما يجري اليوم يمثّل تصعيدًا غير مسبوق من حيث شدّة الانتهاكات واتساع نطاقها.

وحمّل الزغاري سلطات الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن مصير آلاف الأسرى، داعيًا المنظومة الحقوقية الدولية إلى اتخاذ خطوات عملية وجادّة لمساءلة الاحتلال على هذه الانتهاكات الجسيمة، وضرورة ممارسة الضغط على القوى الدولية التي تواصل تزويده بالدعم السياسي والعسكري والتواطؤ المباشر في استمرار الإبادة.

⭕ Palestinian Prisoner’s Society: New Weapons in Occupation's Prisons Signal Intent to Kill Palestinian Detainees

Ramallah, occupied Palestine - The head of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), Abdullah Al-Zighari, said today that the Israeli occupation’s recent introduction of a new set of weapons to be used against Palestinian political prisoners constitutes clear evidence of a systematic policy and intent to kill and harm detainees. 

Detainees’ testimonies documented by the PPS indicate that new weapons have been brought into prisons, including electric stun guns and new types of rubber-coated bullets to be used during suppression operations and attacks on prisoners. He pointed out that these practices represent a continuation of the occupation’s policy of using prisoners’ bodies as “testing grounds” for its weapons.

Al-Zighari said the decision comes amid declared and concealed policies by the occupation which target the lives of prisoners and expose them to direct and indirect murder —constituting a blatant violation of the rules of international humanitarian law and international human rights standards.

He emphasized that this escalation reflects a repeated pattern of systematic crimes carried out by the prison administration as part of a broader policy aimed at destroying the human fabric of the prisoners. He affirmed that what is happening today represents an unprecedented escalation in the severity and scope of violations against Palestinian political prisoners. 

He held occupation authorities fully responsible for the fate of thousands of prisoners and called on the international human rights system to take serious and practical steps to hold the occupation accountable for these grave violations. He also stressed the need to exert pressure on international states that continue to provide the occupation with political and military support—and are directly complicit in the ongoing genocide, now surpassing 700 days.
