🔴 الزغاري: الاحتلال يمارس انتقاماً جماعياً بحقّ عائلات الأسرى المحررين المبعدين إلى مصر عبر حرمانهم من السفر

رام الله – قال رئيس نادي الأسير الفلسطيني عبد الله الزغاري، إنّ سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تواصل حرمان العشرات من عائلات الأسرى المحررين المبعدين إلى مصر من السفر، في إطار سياسة انتقام جماعي ممنهجة.

وأوضح الزغاري في تصريح صحفي اليوم الأربعاء، أنّ عدداً من الأسرى الذين أُبعدوا إلى مصر يعانون أوضاعاً صحية بالغة الصعوبة، وهم بأمسّ الحاجة إلى رعاية طبية متواصلة وإلى وجود عائلاتهم إلى جانبهم.

وأشار إلى حالة الأسير المحرر عبد الرحمن صلاح (71 عاماً) من جنين، الذي أمضى 23 عاماً في سجون الاحتلال، وأُفرج عنه ضمن صفقات التبادل التي جرت مطلع العام الجاري، لافتاً إلى أنّه يرقد منذ لحظة الإفراج عنه في أحد مستشفيات مصر بحالة صحية حرجة.
 وأكد الزغاري أنّ الاحتلال لم يكتفِ بتعذيبهم وحرمانهم من عائلاتهم طوال سنوات اعتقالهم، بل يواصل نهجه الانتقامي بعد تحررهم، عبر استخدام حرمان عائلاتهم من حقّ السفر كوسيلة إضافية للعقاب والسيطرة.

كما تطرق الزغاري إلى قضية الأسير المحرر الشهيد معتصم رداد، الذي ارتقى بعد فترة وجيزة من الإفراج عنه وإبعاده إلى مصر، حيث حُرمت عائلته من وداعه أو لقائه حتى في لحظاته الأخيرة.

ووجّه الزغاري نداءً إلى كافة الجهات المعنية، ببذل أقصى الجهود لإنهاء سياسة الانتقام الجماعي التي تطال معظم الأسرى المحررين المبعدين، بحرمان عائلاتهم من السفر والالتقاء بهم، مؤكداً في الوقت ذاته أنّ عدداً من القضايا المرتبطة بمصير المبعدين، ولا سيما المتواجدين في مصر، لا تزال غير واضحة، بما في ذلك إمكانية استقبالهم في دول أخرى للاستقرار والإقامة فيها، موجه شكره البالغ لدولة مصر الشقيقة التي تواصل استضافت واستقبال العشرات منهم. 
 
وأشار نادي الأسير إلى أنّ سلطات الاحتلال تمارس منذ سنوات طويلة سياسات إرهاب منظمة بحقّ عائلات الأسرى والمحررين، شملت التهديدات والاعتقالات وحرمان الغالبية العظمى من المبعدين من لقاء ذويهم في الضفة الغربية.

وأضاف النادي أنّ الاحتلال أبعد 383 أسيراً ممن أُفرج عنهم ضمن صفقات التبادل التي جرت خلال العام الجاري، وقد استقبلتهم جمهورية مصر العربية، حيث لا يزال معظمهم هناك منذ لحظة تحررهم.

🔴 Israeli Occupation Barring Families of Freed & Exiled Palestinian Prisoners From Travel: Palestinian Prisoner’s Society

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – Israeli occupation authorities are denying dozens of families of freed and exiled Palestinian political prisoners from leaving the country to see their loved ones, as part of a systematic policy of collective revenge, the head of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society Abdullah al-Zighari, said today. 

In a press statement, Zighari explained that several prisoners deported to Egypt are in extremely difficult health conditions and are in urgent need of continuous medical care and the presence of their families by their side.

He pointed to the case of 71-year-old freed prisoner Abdulrahman Salah from Jenin, who spent 23 years in the occupation’s prisons and was released in the prisoner-exchange earlier this year. Since his release, he has been lying in a hospital in Egypt in critical condition.

Zighari stressed that the occupation not only tortured them and deprived them of their families during years of imprisonment, but continues its revenge even after their release by using travel bans on their families as another tool of punishment and control.

Another freed prisoner, Motassem Raddad, died shortly after his release and deportation to Egypt. His family was denied the right to see him and bid him farewell even in his final moments.

Zighari called on all concerned parties to exert every effort to end this policy of collective revenge affecting most freed and deported prisoners by denying their families travel and the right to see them. He also noted that several issues related to the fate of the deportees—especially those in Egypt—remain unclear, including the possibility of their resettlement in other countries. He expressed deep gratitude to Egypt for continuing to host and receive dozens of them.

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society added that the occupation has for years practiced organized terror policies against the families of prisoners and freed detainees, including threats, arrests, and denying the vast majority of deportees the right to meet their relatives in the West Bank.

The PPS added that the occupation deported 383 Palestinian political prisoners released in the exchange deals that took place earlier this year, with Egypt receiving them, where most remain since their release.
