⭕️ هيئة الأسرى ونادي الأسير: استشهاد الأسير مروان فتحي حرز الله من نابلس في سجن "مجدو"

رام الله –  أبلغت الهيئة العامة للشؤون المدنية، هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين، ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني مساء اليوم السبت، باستشهاد الأسير والجريح مروان فتحي حسين حرز الله (54 عاماً) من نابلس، في سجن "مجدو" اليوم، وهو معتقل منذ تاريخ 8/1/2026، وما يزال موقوفاً على خلفية ما يدعيه الاحتلال "بالتحريض"، وكان قد تعرض لإصابة برصاص الاحتلال عام 1995، أدت إلى بتر إحدى قدميه، علماً أن له ابن معتقل إدارياً في سجون الاحتلال وهو تحرير حرز الله. 

وتابعت الهيئة والنادي، في بيان مشترك، أنّ الشهيد حرز الله، هو واحد من بين أكثر من مئة أسير ومعتقل استُشهدوا في سجون الاحتلال ومعسكراته منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، وقد أُعلن عن هويات (89) منهم حتى الآن، وأشارتا إلى أنّ عملية القتل التي نُفذت بحق الأسرى والمعتقلين جاءت نتيجة لجرائم التعذيب واسعة النطاق، وسياسات التجويع الممنهج، والجرائم الطبية، والاعتداءات الجنسية، إلى جانب سلسلة من جرائم الحرمان والسلب والتنكيل والإذلال، والاحتجاز في ظروف حاطة بالكرامة الإنسانية، الأمر الذي حوّل السجون إلى أحد أبرز ميادين الإبادة، لتشكل هذه المرحلة الأكثر دموية في تاريخ الحركة الأسيرة الفلسطينية.

ويأتي ارتقاء الأسير حرز الله، في ظلّ مساعٍ متسارعة من قبل الاحتلال لتشريع قانون يُجيز إعدام الأسرى الفلسطينيين،  وتحويل سياسة الإعدام  التي يمارسها "خارج إطار القانون" إلى سياسة مُقنّنة ومشرعنة رسميًا.

ومع استشهاد المعتقل حرز الله، يرتفع عدد شهداء الحركة الأسيرة الفلسطينية المُعلَن عن هوياتهم منذ عام 1967 إلى (326) شهيدًا، وهم فقط ممن عُرفت هوياتهم لدى المؤسسات المختصة على مدار العقود الماضية حتى اليوم. 

ولا يزال العديد من شهداء معتقلي غزة رهن جريمة الإخفاء القسري، إلى جانب العشرات الذين جرى إعدامهم ميدانيًا. وقد شكّلت صور جثامين الأسرى ورفاتهم التي سُلّمت بعد وقف إطلاق النار دليلًا قاطعًا على عمليات الإعدام الميدانية الممنهجة التي ارتكبها جيش الاحتلال بحق الأسرى والمعتقلين خارج إطار القانون.

هذا وحمّلت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني سلطات الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن استشهاد الأسير حرز الله، وجددتا دعوتهما إلى المنظومة الحقوقية الدولية لاتخاذ إجراءات فاعلة وعاجلة لمحاسبة قادة الاحتلال على جرائم الحرب المرتكبة بحق الأسرى والشعب الفلسطيني، والعمل على إنهاء حالة الإفلات من العقاب التي وفّرتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وقوى دولية لمنظومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على مدار عقود طويلة، والتي بلغت ذروتها مع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، رغم الأدلة الدامغة على ارتكابها بحق شعبنا في غزة، فضلًا عن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية المرتكبة بحق الأسرى والمعتقلين، وسعي الاحتلال إلى إعدام الأسرى مع استمرار  حالة العجز والتواطؤ والتخلي الراهنة وغير المسبوقة.

وذكرت الهيئة والنادي أنّه، واستنادًا إلى المعطيات المتوفرة حتى بداية شهر آذار الجاري، فإنّ نحو 50% من إجمالي الأسرى والمعتقلين في سجون الاحتلال محتجزون حاليًا دون محاكمة، إمّا بموجب أوامر اعتقال إداري تعسفي، أو تحت تصنيف ما يُسمّى بـ"المقاتلين غير الشرعيين".

ويبلغ عدد الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال أكثر من 9500  أسير، من بينهم 3442 معتقلًا إداريًا، و1249 مصنّفين ضمن فئة "المقاتلين غير الشرعيين".

⭕️ 54 y/o Palestinian Detainee From West Bank Martyred in Occupation’s Prisons Awaiting ‘Trial’

Ramallah, occupied Palestine - The General Authority of Civil Affairs informed the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) this Saturday evening of the martyrdom of wounded detainee Marwan Fathi Hussein Herzallah (54) from Nablus in “Megiddo” prison. He had been detained since January 8, 2026, and was still being held on charges the occupation claims are “incitement.” 

Herzallah had previously been injured by occupation forces gunfire in 1995, which led to the amputation of one of his legs. Notably, he has a son, Tahrir Herzallah, who is currently held in administrative detention in occupation  prisons without trial or charge. 

In a joint statement, the Commission and the PPS added that Herzallah is one of more than 100 prisoners and detainees who have been killed and died in occupation prisons and camps since the start of the genocide in Gaza. The identities of 89 of them have been announced so far. These killings and deaths resulted from widespread torture, systematic starvation policies, medical neglect, sexual assaults, and a series of abuses including deprivation, humiliation, and detention in inhumane conditions—turning prisons into one of the most prominent arenas of genocide and marking the bloodiest phase in the history of the Palestinian prisoner movement.

The martyrdom of Herzallah comes amid accelerated efforts by the occupation to pass a law permitting the execution of Palestinian prisoners, effectively formalizing a policy of extrajudicial executions.

With Herzallah’s martyrdom, the number of identified Palestinian martyred detainees since 1967 rises to 326 people— only those whose identities have been confirmed by relevant institutions over the decades.

Many detainees from Gaza remain victims of enforced disappearance, alongside dozens who were executed in the field. Images of prisoners’ bodies and remains handed over after the ceasefire have provided clear evidence of systematic extrajudicial executions carried out by occupation forces.

The Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society hold occupation authorities fully responsible for Herzallah’s killing and renewed their call on the international human rights system to take urgent and effective action to hold the occupation leaders accountable for war crimes against prisoners and the Palestinian people. They also called for an end to the long-standing impunity enabled by the United States and other international powers, which has peaked during the genocide despite overwhelming evidence of crimes in Gaza, as well as war crimes and crimes against humanity against prisoners, and ongoing efforts to execute detainees amid unprecedented international inaction and complicity.

They further stated that, according to available data as of early March, around 50% of all prisoners and detainees in occupation prisons are currently held without trial, either under arbitrary administrative detention orders or classified as “unlawful combatants.”

The number of prisoners in occupation prisons exceeds 9,500 people, including 3,442 administrative detainees and 1,249 classified as “unlawful combatants”.
