⭕️ بعد 12 عاماً من الاعتقال ويوم موعد حريته، وفي خطوة جائرة وانتقامية.. الاحتلال يحوّل الأسير نبيل بني نمرة (نبيل الصوص) إلى الاعتقال الإداري لمدة أربعة

رام الله – 9/4/2026 - قالت هيئة شؤون الأسرى ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني إن سلطات الاحتلال أصدرت أمر اعتقال إداري بحق الأسير نبيل محمد بني نمرة (39 عاماً) من سلفيت، لمدة أربعة أشهر، وذلك في اليوم ذاته الذي كان مقرراً الإفراج عنه فيه بعد 12 عاماً و20 يوماً من الاعتقال. وقد تلقت عائلته صدمة كبيرة حيث كانت تنتظر حريته بعد كل هذه السنوات، في مشهد يعكس أساليب القهر والانتقام التي تنتهجهما سلطات الاحتلال بحق الأسرى وذويهم، علما أنه كان قد أمضى قبل اعتقاله هذا ثلاث سنوات، ليصل مجموع سنوات اعتقاله 15 عاماً. 

وأضافت الهيئة والنادي في بيان مشترك، أن هذا القرار الجائر يُشكّل واحدة من أدوات التعذيب والقهر النفسي التي مارستها سلطات الاحتلال وما زالت تمارسها، من خلال جريمة الاعتقال الإداري التعسفي التي باتت سيفاً مسلطاً على رقاب الفلسطينيين والأسرى، ومنهم من يقضون أحكاماً بمدد متفاوتة.

وأوضحت المؤسستان أن هذه السياسة ليست جديدة، غير أنها تصاعدت بصورة غير مسبوقة في أعقاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، في ظل تحوّل السجون الإسرائيلية إلى أحد ميادين الإبادة، عبر منظومة التعذيب الممنهج التي تفرضها سلطات الاحتلال بحق الأسرى، بمن فيهم النساء والأطفال.

ولفتت المؤسستان إلى أن سياسة الاعتقال الإداري بلغت حداً غير مسبوق تاريخياً، إذ تجاوز عدد المعتقلين الإداريين حتى نيسان/أبريل 2026 أكثر من 3500 معتقل، بينهم أطفال ونساء، ليُشكّلوا النسبة الأعلى مقارنةً بسائر فئات الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي؛ إذ يُعتقل نحو 50% منهم دون توجيه أي تهمة إليهم، تحت ذريعة وجود "ملف سري".

⭕ After 12 Years: Israeli Occupation Extends Palestinian Prisoner’s Detention by Four Months On Day of His Release

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – Israeli occupation authorities have issued an administrative detention order (no trial or charge) against a Palestinian prisoner who was set to be released today, Thursday, after 12 years and 20 days behind bars. 

The imprisonment of Palestinian political prisoner Nabil Mohammad Bani Namra (39), from Salfit in the northern occupied West Bank, has been extended by another four months. His family received the news with great shock and sadness, as they had been awaiting his freedom after all these years. 

This reflects the methods of oppression practiced by occupation authorities against Palestinian political detainees and their families. It is worth noting that prior to this last arrest, Namra had already spent three years in detention, bringing the total number of years he has spent behind bars to 15.

In a joint statement, the Commission and the PPS added that this unjust decision constitutes one of the tools of psychological torture and oppression practiced by the occupation, through the crime of arbitrary administrative detention, which has become a sword hanging over the necks of Palestinians, including those serving varying sentences.

The two institutions explained that this policy is not new, but it has escalated unprecedentedly following the genocide in Gaza, as Israeli occupation prisons have turned into one of the arenas of this policy, through a system of systematic torture imposed on prisoners, including women and children.

The use of the policy of administrative detention - detention without trial or charge - has reached an unprecedented level. As of April 2026, the number of administrative detainees has exceeded 3,500 people, including children and women, making them the largest category among all prisoners. Approximately 50 percent of them are detained without any charges, under the pretext of a “secret file.”
