🔴 UPDATE: Palestinian Political Prisoners in Israeli Occupation Prisons - July 2026

👉 These figures are based on data gathered by Palestinian prisoner organizations, as well as information released by the Israeli occupation’s prison services as of early July 2026.

▪️ The total number of Palestinian political prisoners is approximately 9,400 people. 

These include: 

▪️ 99 female prisoners, most held in Damon prison. 

▪️  At least 350 children held in Megiddo and Ofer prisons.

▪️ 3,244 Palestinians abducted in the West Bank and Jerusalem held without trial or charge under “administrative detention” orders. 

▪️ 1,320 Palestinians abducted from the Gaza Strip held without trial or charge under the “unlawful combatants" law. This figure does not include all detainees taken from Gaza. It also includes Arab detainees from Lebanon and Syria.
